We stand behind the quality of our platform. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

No Refunds on Subscriptions
All subscription purchases made on P-Vault are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription has been activated, we are unable to issue a refund for any reason other than eligibility under our Score Improvement Guarantee described below.
Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not available. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period, you will continue to have access to P-Vault until the current period ends — but no prorated refund will be issued.
We strongly encourage all new users to take full advantage of our 7-day free trial before committing to a paid plan. No credit card is required during the trial period.
Price Adjustments & Promotions
From time to time, P-Vault may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or coupon codes. These promotions apply exclusively to new transactions at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases.
If you purchased a subscription at full price and a promotional offer becomes available shortly after, we are unable to adjust your existing subscription price to reflect the promotion.
Coupon codes and promotional discounts are single-use, non-transferable, and may be subject to additional eligibility terms specified at the time of the promotion.
Score Improvement Guarantee
We are confident in the effectiveness of P-Vault's AI-powered study system. If you complete the program in full and do not see an improvement in your official SAT score, you may be eligible for a refund under our Score Improvement Guarantee.
Eligibility Requirements
All of the following conditions must be met to qualify:
- 01Submit a completed Guarantee Form within 1.5 weeks of your subscription purchase date.
- 02Achieve a score of 80% or higher on all practice problem drills within the platform.
- 03Complete all four official SAT practice tests provided through P-Vault.
- 04Finish at least 10 full-length mock exams on the P-Vault platform.
- 05Take an official SAT exam within 30 days of your subscription end date.
- 06Submit official score documentation within 30 days of taking the official test.
How Baseline Score Is Determined
Your baseline score will be the higher of:
- Your most recent official SAT score from within the past 12 months, or
- Your initial diagnostic or PSAT score taken within 1.5 weeks of enrollment.
If no qualifying baseline score exists, the guarantee claim may not be processed. We recommend completing your placement test immediately upon enrollment to establish your baseline.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall P-Vault or MMT Prep's total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you for your current subscription period. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
P-Vault and MMT Prep expressly disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated test score improvement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the P-Vault platform — including but not limited to practice questions, study plans, AI-generated explanations, e-books, mock exams, videos, and interface designs — is the sole property of MMT Prep and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from MMT Prep.
Changes to This Policy
P-Vault reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
