Terms of Use

By accessing or using the P-Vault platform (operated by MMT Prep, LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including students, parents or guardians acting on behalf of minors, and any other individuals accessing the service. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use P-Vault.

MMT Prep, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

P-Vault is an AI-powered test preparation platform designed to help students prepare for standardized exams including the SAT®, ACT®, PSAT/NMSQT®, and Advanced Placement® (AP) courses. The platform provides personalized study plans, adaptive practice tests, mock exams, step-by-step AI explanations, and study resources including a comprehensive SAT E-Book.

P-Vault is provided on a subscription basis. A limited free trial is available to new users. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

Our platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual students. Use of the service by tutoring companies, schools, or institutions for commercial purposes requires a separate licensing agreement.

To access P-Vault's full features, you must create an account and maintain accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

P-Vault offers a 7-day free trial for new users — no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date. We provide at least 30 days' notice before any transition from a free trial to a paid plan or any change to your subscription price.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for unauthorized purposes, or are associated with fraudulent activity.

You may not use P-Vault for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service.

Specifically, you must not: (a) share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account; (b) reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell any platform content without written permission; (c) use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or collect data from the platform; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the platform; (e) use the platform to develop a competing product or service; (f) upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to legal liability.

All content available on P-Vault — including but not limited to practice questions, AI-generated study plans and explanations, mock exams, e-books, video solutions, platform design, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of MMT Prep, LLC and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use platform content solely for personal, non-commercial test preparation purposes during the term of their subscription.

SAT®, PSAT/NMSQT®, and AP® are registered trademarks of the College Board. ACT® is a registered trademark of ACT, Inc. P-Vault and MMT Prep are independently operated and are not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.

P-Vault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

P-Vault does not guarantee specific score improvements. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, prior knowledge, and many other factors. Our Score Improvement Guarantee is subject to specific eligibility requirements detailed in the Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMT Prep, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

Your use of P-Vault is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect information necessary to provide and improve the service, including account information, study activity, and performance data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For more information on our data practices, please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must review and agree to our Privacy Policy on your behalf.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of P-Vault shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to bring any claim on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
